Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure smooth store operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while adhering to safety and policy standards.

You will supervise cash handling, POS operations, and merchandise replenishment, working flexible hours with a clear path for development within our customer-focused retailer network.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be efficient, organized and reliable.
• Minimum age 18; able to access all store areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Willing to work in variable temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks meet management standards.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash with supervised staff.
• Maintain store housekeeping and appearance.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in vendors per established guidelines.
