Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coaching employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS according to corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
