Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure store objectives are met through organized work processes. You will coach team members, greet guests, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, managing cash, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring guest service programs run continuously. A flexible schedule and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels during shifts.
• Maintain store housekeeping and execute guest service programs 24/7.
• Process cash, deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle vendor check-ins per guidelines.
