Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will supervise associates, coach performance, and ensure compliance with safety and cash procedures.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, inventory replenishment, and smooth POS/Cash handling. Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is required to meet store needs and maintain service excellence.

Formación

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Execute 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
