Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure smooth daily operations, from greeting guests to cash handling and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes coaching, guest satisfaction, safe and clean store environment, and reliable teamwork. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation ranges hourly and depends on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties set by management.
• Coaching employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping functions.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.
