Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, supervise staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will coach team members, enforce store policies, and manage cash and POS procedures to support sales and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility in hours, physical capability, and reliable transportation. The position emphasizes customer service excellence and adherence to all store guidelines and vendor check-in procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in intermittent temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach employees through constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash, deposits, and gift cards as applicable.
• Replenish inventory to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors as per guidelines.
