Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure efficient operations. You will supervise team members, provide coaching, greet guests, and uphold safety and service standards on a daily basis.

The role requires strong cash handling and POS skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work flexible hours in a retail environment. This is an on-site position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong cash handling and POS skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety policies and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ensure guest service programs run 24/7 where applicable.
• Process deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish inventory and address guest inquiries.
