Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and optimize work processes under management direction. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and store operations to meet objectives.

The position requires flexibility in hours, strong organizational skills, and reliable transportation, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.,).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties set by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels for supervised staff.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Oversee 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
