Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver excellent guest service. You will oversee cash handling, POS operations, and compliance with safety and store policies to provide a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires flexibility in hours, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will play a key role in daily customer interactions and contribute to store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized individual with strong customer service focus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to management-directed duties.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and manage cash processes with supervision.
• Maintain store housekeeping and ensure safety policies.
• Address guest inquiries and check in vendors per guidelines.
