Job summary

Highgate Hotels, based in Mesa, AZ, seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Guest Services Manager and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing occupancy and revenue. You will supervise front desk tasks, manage reservations, and coordinate with departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and a flexible schedule including long hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• College coursework helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario.
• Monitor all VIP and special guest requests.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
• Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail promptly.
• Be aware of current rates, packages, and promotions.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups and closed dates.
• Follow Highgate Hotel credit policies.
