Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management guidance.
• Coach staff by providing constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate point of sale and manage cash with supervision.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.
