Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee team members and ensure smooth store operations. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, cash handling, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires flexible hours, strong organization, and reliable transportation. This is a full-time on-site role in Hopkinton, MA with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure duties meet management directives.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels according to standards.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks.
• Restock products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
