Job summary

Global Partners LP in Hopkinton, NH is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, supervise cash handling, and uphold store policies for safety and quality. You will greet guests, coach associates, and ensure a smooth checkout experience on the sales floor and POS.

The role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends or holidays, strong organization, and reliable transportation. A high school diploma is required, with prior supervisor or customer-service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift and work in intermittent temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
