Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee team performance and ensure smooth store operations. The role focuses on coaching staff, greeting guests, and upholding safety and quality standards while managing cash and POS procedures.

You will also ensure 24/7 guest service programs, maintain stock levels, and handle vendor check-ins and guest inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring adherence to management directives.
• Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operating policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels while supervising staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping routines.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are in stock by replenishing shelves.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
