Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, greet guests, and ensure a safe, efficient shopping environment aligned with management objectives.

In this role you will coach employees, supervise cash handling, oversee POS operations, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels while addressing guest inquiries and vendor check-ins to support daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels in the store.
