Job summary

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized in a fast-paced store environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, registers).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in intermittent temperatures.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks match management directives.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed and organized.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks.
• Stock replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
