Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will recruit and coach hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while achieving daily financial targets in a dynamic entertainment center.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Solid understanding of labor, cost, inventory, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through guest engagement, upselling, and events support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management and cost control; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues in real time and uphold service standards.
