Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, flex into roles as needed, and build a hospitality-focused team. You will drive revenue through upselling and events, recruit and train hourly leaders, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction on busy nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build effective teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Floor-first management style prioritizing guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory and P&L.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through high-volume shifts.
