• Ability to manage multiple associates and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates; conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure the team meets client objectives.
• Monitor revenue reports, shift cash drops and timekeeping to ensure accuracy.
