Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a guest services supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experience across shifts. You will guide front-line teams, align with client standards, and drive service quality.

You will also support recruitment, training, and performance coaching while maintaining revenue and operational accuracy. This role emphasizes safety, hospitality, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery and productivity goals.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best people for the location.
• Assist Account Manager in establishing guidelines and training for new associates.
• Maintain regular meetings and communication with client staff to exceed expectations.
• Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
• Oversee shift reports, cash drops and revenue reporting with accuracy.
