Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking aGuest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure execution of operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach employees, greet guests, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role involves cash handling, POS operations, stocking, and vendor coordination. Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Efficient, organized, and reliable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to access all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure task execution per management.
• Coach staff by providing constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks.
• Replenish products to maintain stock.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
