Job summary

Global Partners LP Guest Service Supervisor position oversees store staff, ensuring management directives are followed and guest experiences are consistently positive.

The role includes supervising employees, coaching performance, greeting guests, managing cash handling and POS operations, and enforcing safety and store policies.

Flexibility with hours, including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale, maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
