Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and support smooth operations at the front desk.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, handle reservations, payments, and guest requests with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. This role requires strong communication and basic accounting skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and reservations.
• Verify reservations and provide information on services and policies.
• Process check-outs and handle payments/receipts accurately.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails.
• Manage room/service reservations, cancellations, and updates.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations, resolving issues promptly.
• Perform front desk administrative duties and maintain organization.
• Monitor access, issue visitor badges, and cooperate with security.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at shift end.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests as needed.
