Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Kentucky (Burlington) is seeking a First Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service following The Hi Five Experience. The role supports the Store Manager and ensures safe, compliant operations during the shift.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing store administration, operating POS and gas, stocking, security, and maintaining store conditions. Must be legally qualified to sell alcohol and tobacco. Full-time with 40 hours/week; some weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or convenience store management.
Ability to coach staff and manage scheduling.
Must be legally allowed to sell alcohol and tobacco.
Excellent customer service and store maintenance.
Familiar with safety and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise associates on shift, assign duties and coach on The Hi Five experience.
Oversee store administration: orders, deliveries, paperwork.
Deliver signature guest experience and maintain clean, ready-for-guests store.
Operate POS and gas console accurately and handle payments.
Stock shelves and ensure temperatures and equipment are in range.
Maintain security and cash drop procedures.
Complete time records and related reporting.
