Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Full Time First Assistant Manager in Cincinnati to oversee guest services and store operations. You will lead Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, while ensuring alcohol and tobacco sales compliance and a smooth shift handoff.

You will manage daily tasks, assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback, and help maintain store conditions, inventory, and safety.

Qualifications

• Guest services excellence and retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coach shifts.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS.
• Knowledge of alcohol and tobacco sale rules and age verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and reporting.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to every guest.
• Prepare shakes and dip-side items as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and safety standards.
• Handle cash, POS operations, gas console, and transactions.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
