Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a First Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service through The Hi Five Guest Experience. You will support the Store Manager, oversee shifts, and maintain store operations, conditions and compliance.

The role requires leadership of associates, proficiency in POS and gas console operations, and strict adherence to alcohol/tobacco selling laws while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to supervise and train shift leaders and associates.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and coach the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and scheduling.
• Maintain store conditions and safety compliance.
• Handle POS transactions and gas console operations.
• Manage stock, merchandising, and shrink control.
• Ensure all tasks follow policies and regulations.
