Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Florence, KY is seeking a First Assistant Manager to lead Guest Services and supervise a team during daily shifts.

You will ensure the signature Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders, manage store operations, and uphold safety, accuracy in cash handling, and inventory control.

Legal eligibility to handle alcohol and tobacco sales is required, and you will support the Store Manager to maintain compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee associates, coaching and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Assist Store Manager and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered.
• Handle daily store administration and cash controls, including reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, safety, and security protocols.
• Support compliance with all laws, policies, and procedures.
