Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Asst Manager role requiring leadership of Associates.
• Ability to supervise shifts and deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor of associates and coaching staff on guest experience.
• Oversee store administration including ordering and paperwork.
• Ensure The Hi Five guest experience and greet guests warmly.
• Operate POS and gas console and handle transactions.
• Stock and present merchandise; maintain a clean, organized store.
• Maintain security and manage cash drops; monitor store safety.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Complete time records and related reporting.
