Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service by following The Hi Five Guest Experience. Responsibilities include leading associates, coaching staff, and maintaining store operations during assigned shifts.

The role requires compliance with all laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales, and focuses on safety, cleanliness, and efficient POS and gas console operations. 37-40 hours per week; pay range $14.75–$16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train shift staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage associates, assign duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, and participate in hiring and interviews.
• Oversee store administration, reports, product transfers, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Ensure signature Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, maintain store readiness, anticipate guest needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Operate DipSide guest services, including shakes, sundaes, and related items, maintaining quality and speed.
