Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coach associates during shifts.
• Able to operate POS and gas console safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, assign duties, and provide coaching during shifts.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to every guest.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and paperwork as directed.
• Maintain store conditions, safety, and regulatory compliance.
