Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a First Assistant Manager to act as a Guest Services specialist, ensuring outstanding service by following the Hi Five steps and maintaining store conditions. You will support the Store Manager and supervise shifts to run the operation safely and in accordance with all laws, policies, and alcohol/tobacco sales rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, coach staff, and participate in interviews.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork as directed.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain store conditions.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage gas/convenience sales.
• Operate POS and gas console with accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, safe store environment.
• Maintain security and perform cash drop procedures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
