Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding seeks an Assistant Manager to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and manage daily store operations. You will coach staff, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth service and store presentation during your shift.

You will supervise associates, handle POS and gas transactions, and maintain product freshness and compliance with laws and company policies. The role requires availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and read price books.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee other associates, assign duties, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Handle store administration tasks including ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for guests at all times.
