UDF-MyScoop Branding seeks an Assistant Manager to uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience and lead a shift of associates. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain store conditions to delight every guest.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and dependable operations, with wage between $14.75 and $16.75 per hour. Must be able to work up to 40 hours weekly and comply with state laws on alcohol/tobacco sales.

Formación

• Managing other Associates, coaching and training Shift Leaders and associates.
• Store Administration duties including paperwork and delivery reports.
• DipSide Guest Services: shakes, sundaes, beverages, cups/cones.
• Stocking Merchandise and ensuring display freshness and stock rotation.
• Maintain security and proper cash procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach store team during shifts.
• Oversee POS and gas console transactions.
• Ensure guest service excellence and store cleanliness.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage inventory/stock levels.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as directed.
