UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time schedule (37-40 hours weekly, first/second/third shifts). The role requires duty to ensure outstanding guest service per The Hi Five experience, with duties including supervision, store administration, and daily operations, including alcohol/tobacco transaction qualifications.

Mansioni

Managing other Associates: assign/monitor duties and coach The Hi Five Guest Experience.
Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, paperwork per Store Manager directions.
Overall Guest Services: deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
POS/Gas Console: process transactions, handle payments and fuel sales.
Stocking Merchandise: maintain shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots, and proper stock rotation.
Security: monitor guests and cash controls; follow tobacco/alcohol security programs.
Maintenance: keep store/parking lot clean and equipment temperatures in check.
Reporting: complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Ability to communicate in English clearly with customers.
Ability to operate store equipment and POS terminal effectively.
