Job summary

The position requires supervising daily operations, preparing DipSide items, handling POS transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling. This role supports store managers and district supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing other associates, including assigning/duties and coaching on the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration tasks such as ordering, weekly reports, product transfers, and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests warmly and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage food preparation per standards.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, handle cash and payments.
