Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a shift and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service. You will guide a team, manage daily store operations, and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience from welcoming guests to a fulfilled visit.

The role requires supervising staff, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store conditions while complying with safety and regulatory standards. Alcohol and tobacco sales must meet state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff and coaching team members.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to greet guests.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: assigning duties, coaching, and training of Shift Leaders and Guest Services staff.
• Store Administration: ordering, reviewing delivery reports, and paperwork.
• Maintain Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• DipSide item preparation and serving of shakes, sundaes, and related products.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, ensure proper rotation and cleanliness of the store.
• Monitor security and prevent loss; follow tobacco/alcohol compliance.
• Maintain safe, clean store conditions and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Accurate timekeeping and reporting; perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.
