UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure the highest level of guest service by guiding the Hi Five Guest Experience during your shift. You will supervise associates, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.

You will also handle tasks including coaching staff, cash handling, POS operation, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment to encourage guest return visits.

Formación

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Experience supervising and coaching shift leaders and associates.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Associates and Coach for The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store operations and cash handling during shift.
• Maintain store conditions, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance counseling as needed.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
