Job summary

The role requires coordinating with the Store Manager, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work 37–40 hours per week, including 1st/2nd/3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates to meet guest-experience standards.
• Handle store administration tasks and daily paperwork.
• Ensure The Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to guests.
• DipSide preparation of shakes, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console with accurate cash handling.
• Stock shelves and ensure clean, presentable store conditions.
• Maintain store security and proper cash drop procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and safe store operations.
• Complete shift reporting and other duties as assigned by management.
