Job summary

UDF in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to help deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience across every shift. You will supervise associates, manage store operations, and ensure safe, compliant service of all sales, including alcohol and tobacco where legally allowed.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, POS accuracy, and the ability to train and coach staff on guest interactions and throughput during 37–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English.
• Ability to supervise and coach associates.
• Ability to handle cash, checks and card transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage other Associates: assign duties, coach the Hi Five experience, and screen applicants.
• Store Administration: oversee paperwork, deliveries, and product transfers.
• Ensure a superior Guest Services experience and clean, welcoming store conditions.
• Operate DipSide items and ensure smooth POS/gas transactions.
• Maintain stock, shelves, and equipment; monitor safety and security.
