Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality guest service, and lead a team during assigned shifts. The role emphasizes the five phases of the Hi Five Guest Experience and strict adherence to safety, cash handling, and store standards.

The position requires scheduling flexibility across 1st–3rd shifts, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and state laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales.
