You will supervise associates, assist with scheduling, and maintain store standards during your shift. The role involves cash handling, POS usage, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminals and gas console.
• Ability to manage and coach store associates.
• Experience in customer service and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise associates, assign tasks, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience, and assist with hiring interviews.
• Oversee store administration tasks: ordering, weekly reports, product transfers, and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain a welcoming store environment for guests.
