Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes the Hi Five Guest Experience, proper cash handling, and adherence to safety and company policies.

The position requires Managing other associates, store administration, and maintaining product availability while delivering outstanding service. Full-time, 37–40 hours weekly, with various shifts, and a pay range of $14.75–$16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and coach associates to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to oversee store operations and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise associates and coach for the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork as directed by management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth store operations during shifts.
• Handle dipside items and maintain sanitation and stock on shelves.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handling transactions and changes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper product rotation.
• Record timekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.
