Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching and screening applicants, handling store administration, managing guest services, operating POS and gas terminals, stocking merchandise, maintaining security, and reporting time records.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to supervise fellow associates and coach staff to deliver the guest experience.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console and complete paperwork.
• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing other associates: assigning tasks, coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience, and training shift leaders.
• Store administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, and paperwork.
• Guest services: deliver the Hi Five experience, greet guests warmly, ensure readiness for customers.
• DipSide guest services: prepare shakes, ice cream, sundaes and related items.
• POS and gas console operation: process transactions and manage cash handling.
• Stocking merchandise: keep shelves, displays and cold cases replenished and presentable.
• Security: monitor store activity, prevent theft, follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and equipment functioning.
• Reporting: complete time records and required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
