Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew member to deliver WOW customer service, support daily operations, and assist with merchandising. You will help train associates, manage opening/closing duties, and contribute to a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multi-task and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure fast, friendly customer service.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Train and onboard associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales; optimize merchandising and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
