Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dynamic leader to guide store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will drive the team to achieve service goals, maintain a welcoming store, and support daily front-end operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will recruit, train, and coach crew, manage merchandising and stock, and ensure opening/closing procedures and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Train and coach crew members in BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and stock recovery.
