Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew leader to drive guest satisfaction and store performance. You will lead a team, train associates, and ensure top-rate checkout and front-end operations across daily interactions with customers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, and achieving service score goals. You will work with the store leadership to execute merchandising and store maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
