Five Below is seeking a store leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, coach crew on delivering a WOW customer experience, and drive sales with efficient merchandising and strong service. You will manage opening/closing procedures and support onboarding of new associates.

You will supervise staff, maintain stock, and ensure safety and compliance while balancing service with efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick sales floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
