Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest experience across shifts. You will lead the Hi Five standard, coach staff, and handle daily store operations including soda, cone prep, and merchandise presentation.

The role requires English fluency, accurate cash handling, and supervision of associates. Work is full-time in Ohio with shifts, store procedures, and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work and conduct alcohol/tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Able to perform cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, coach shift leaders, and assist store manager.
• Handle store administration tasks and paperwork.
• Provide Hi Five guest experience and ensure store readiness.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product displays.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain proper rotation and dates.
• Monitor security and cash drop procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean store and equipment conditions.
• Complete time records and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.
