Responsibilities

• Lead Associates and Shift Leaders; monitor performance and training needs.
• Oversee store operations, administration, and weekly documentation.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and maintain store conditions.
• Operate POS and gas sales systems; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, manage dip-side items, and ensure proper rotation of stock.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies and laws.
