Job summary

The role includes coaching Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates, managing POS and gas transactions, stocking, and safety measures. Must be legally qualified for alcohol/tobacco sales, and assist the Store Manager with scheduling and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a team in a retail or food-service setting.
• Experience delivering customer service excellence and guiding staff through service protocols.
• Knowledge of alcohol and tobacco sale regulations per state law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates during shifts to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration, inventory, and weekly reports as directed by the Store Manager.
• Ensure accurate POS/gas transactions, cash handling, and price compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper merchandising, and equipment operation.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and training of team members.
